I'm back....again

Didn't think I could get back into my old account, but thankfully I can. Wanted to post up the new Yukon. About to sign for it today, sent her out to get the side windows and windshield tinted. Chrome door trim is ordered, thinking of putting in the Denali grille, leveling it out, hid fog and headlights, chrome strip for the rear bumper. I really want some 22's but probably put that on the backburner for a little bit.

I just had my Denali grill installed last Friday. I definitely think that it's a worthwhile upgrade and makes a significant impact on the looks. I would actually imagine it would pop even more on the black truck!

I love the white yukons. I almost got one but almost all of my vehicles have been white so I thought I would give black a try. Tint job looks great and I'll get some pics up tomorrow.

Has anyone purchased the chrome strip for the rear bumper in the aftermarket? Where did you get it??

PavementPounder, There is a poster on this site that did chrome strips on all of it and had pictures of the strips before install, running boards, door moldings, rear bumper and luggage rack. You may want to look around for his thread. It may have been in the exterior section. I am pretty sure he got it all off of Ebay.

I had a local body shop install it. From what I had researched, the whole front bumper had to be removed and I didn't really trust myself. I paid $200 for the guy to install the grill and remove some decals. It was worth it for me.

I bought the grille on eBay for about $350 shipped. So I guess you could say the whole shebang cost me about $500-550. Worth it to me

Cleaned her up. I love the difference the side trim makes. SOOOOO hard to not walk over and order the Denali grille right now! Probably going to order some leds for a weekend project this weekend.

Frankly, I really like the stock grill with the black onyx, together with your wheels and chrome strip. I've never considered a black truck before, but that is a really great looking vehicle.
