I just inherited my dad's 98 yukon and im ready to put a pioneer deck in. any suggestions for a particular installation kit that fits well and looks good? also, any suggestions on what to do with the vacant space underneath the HVAC controls where the stock CD player was? I was thinking of of utilizing it somehow to stick my ipod/gps there...thanks

I usually use Metra kits, but for this application, AI, Scosche or Metra will be just fine. Word of caution, remove the hvac control unit before you remove the radio, and reinstall after you install the radio. There is exposed circuit board and its sensitive. I've heard/seen/experienced them malfunctioning after installations.

thanks. another quick question: the antenna pin seems to be too small for my pioneer deck and it doesnt snap in or stay in the back securely. do they make adapters or something?
