Good morning everyone! I just purchased a CAI and I wanted to know what should I expect to pay to have it installed in 99 Yukon SLT. Thanks.

Nothing if you just do it yourself. Just takes a couple of simple tools and 20 minutes in your driveway.

I'm am so not the handy man type. I have trouble putting puzzles together with my 2yr old. I don't mind paying for the job to get done if it isn't an outrageous amount.

Seriously, you could have it put in in a short amount of time... Haven't done one on a Tahoe before, but helped a friend put one in his Grand Prix which is so tightly compacted compared to our wide open engine bays. easier than a 2 yr old puzzle.

You will need a screw driver... Left loose. Right tight. Most shops will laugh at you if you take it to them. You have about 3 things to loosen and then basically swap in the new CAI

It's super easy... Just take the old one out, put the new one in. tighten the screws with a screwdriver (if you dont have a screwdriver use a butter knife) Seriously do not waste your money going to someone to put it in. Where do you live? If you live in the Lubbock, TX bring it to me and ill do it for free...

It is an easy job and there might be a set of step by step instructions in the box. Try putting it on yourself and if for whatever reason you can't you could always have someone else put it on later.

Do you happen to live close to the KC area? If so I'll do it for you for free.
