I'm about to install new front bumpstops or bumpers or jouncers or whatever you want to call them. Any tips on doing this before I go out there and tackle it? Never done it before

Really sweet. Hopefully I can get a good grip on them. The shop that installed my drop kit cut the majority of them off

I ordered the z71s also! Are yours resting on the control arm at all?

damn they were easy! I didn't even use vise grips, just a big flat head and pried them out.....I put one in and it made that side sit quite a bit higher, so I trimmed it just a little bit and then did the other side. Feels great! Before, the shop had cut them in half, basically leaving nothing, and then they cranked the keys down when they installed those, so I could feel everything. I had cranked them back up and had enough clearance where i wasn't bottoming out on nearly pure metal, and it felt fine. But I feel better with the new bump stops in, not worrying about it ever bottoming out metal to metal now.

I may trim them down just a bit more, I only cut off the very top portion.

now I just gotta figure out why the back end sounds kinda "clanky" and feels a bit rough when I go over speed bumps....those bump stops are trimmed, and i've got bilstein shocks with shock extenders, and something just doesn't feel right. the whole vehicle sways left and right a little.....maybe a different sway bar would help
