Installing trailer hitch on 2009 RWD?

Just bought a 2009 Tahoe RWD Police package. Did not come with trailer hitch. Knockout blank in bumper still intact. Having difficulty getting hitch installed. As anyone experience dealing with this issue? Any suggestions?

I can't imagine the frame is different. I'll have to compare my hitch to the one on my state police officer neighbor's rwd Tahoe. Was delivered to him with a Class III receiver, which he has never used.

Getting confused here. What is the difficulty about installation?

If the hitch is OEM style, there should be no difficulty at all.

What is the hitch manufacturer part #? Where did you get the hitch?

As I know Tahoe PPV does not have hitch installed from assembly line.
