Can anyone find issues with this circuit board? I see some burnt out bulbs but I don’t have an eye for the solder joints. None of the gauges will move. I have lights and blinkers,
The bulbs come on but no information center or gauges.

Looking at this post on my cell I can zoom in and whatnot. I just don’t see anything that looks faulty. But also I’m just an amateur and without skill or knowledge of circuits and this electronic board

Some kinda computer. 32" monitor. That pic file is only 344k and it's not detailed enough to tell. Also, the lighting reflects off the solder joints so it's going to be impossible to see a cracked joint.
