Rear leaf spring swap/mod if you are doing heavy towing?

Although I admit I've never heard of anyone doing that mod.

I'm not interested in massive towing, but at least tow a bit more and perform better at it than what I have now.

The sway bars and springs were one of the best bangs for the buck you could’ve done. Since the weather gets a little dicey where you’re at why not look into seat heaters & coolers and / or dual batteries.

Nothing better than taking a break to warm up in the truck when it’s in the negatives outside and you’ve got a Yeti heated cooler with a piping hot lasagna or shepherds pie to enjoy.

My wife woukd like the cooled seats in her buick.
Maybe that and a new stereo with a touch screen and nav will make her want to keep it longer.

Hell her old saturn aura was perfect, it just had a ton of miles.
Finally it was nearing the 300k (280k) mark when she finally talked me into letting her buy something nicer.

Now she complains about being forced to use premium fuel, and the gas mileage with her awd suv.

Now her fancy buick that she wanted has just passed 100k on the clock, and she is already trying to talk me into another vehicle!

On that note, I might need to look into the difference between the enclave tune and the chevy version.
From what i found so far, the engine and gaskets are the same, so I'm thinking the difference has to be in the tune...

The AWD Buick is boring reliability like the Saturn. Boring is a luxury when compared to an unreliable vehicle.

Believe it or not new car smell will cure what the wifey’s looking for. The smell of new foam, upholstery and glue in a heated / chilled seat set is like a home remodel. Find an OEM carpet replacement set and steering wheel and super gas won’t matter anymore.

Our 09 AWD Esky was ridden hard at 140k when purchased. Going from OEM cream to OEM Cocoa carpet, new steering wheel, ‘13 OEM Navi with integrated BT for music immediately woke it up. The heated / chilled seats already in there are game changers. Why the frick Lazy-boy doesn’t make a chair with those features escapes me.
