They damn well better be nice for $110K! Still think they are ugly, but that is my opinion. The new Genesis GV looks much better. Used price are insane around here though. 2017 Denali's with 40K miles are still pushing $50K. Wonder how much that OLED screen will cost to fix if it goes down?

Went into Cadillac of Beverly Hills -- they had about 4 Premium Luxury and no Sport.

First, a few impressions, and then what the sales mgr told me.

The one I saw/sat in was Shadow Grey Metallic with Brandy interior -- a Premium Luxury with optional 2nd row screens. WOW. The fit and finish is absolutely on par w/ Range Rover and the others -- perhaps even more luxe. It's super impressive. The amount of cheap GM switchgear is at a minimum and I am here for it. Just blow away how impressive this thing is in the flesh.

Spoke to the store's sales mgr -- he said that Arlington had to hold Escalade production for 3 weeks because a supplier in Mexico had to shut down b/c of Covid. Production coming now, but super back ordered. He said response has been off the charts, and the factory is maxing out production until at least Christmas, where they hope to catch up to demand. Got invited back to test drive when they get a Sport in -- he said they're ordering about 70% Premium Luxury, 20% Platinum Luxury and 10% Sport (all trims). Personally, i think GM misjudged Sport demand -- I think it's WAY higher than what they're saying.

I personally like the Sport and found that they are harder to find, but i found one that matched what I was looking for.

Changed out the lug nuts to black-chrome and will be swapping out the front and rear badges to monochrome when they come in.

Up next... performance exhaust and air box, and then hopefully a Magnusson supercharger when programing is figured out.

If you have the V look you need the V performance...

Yup, GM did a fantastic job with Escalade, they really spanked the competition, namely the unsightly Navigator.
