Thought I’d make this thread for anyone having the same issue.
07 Escalade went into “low power mode” , check engine light came on, oil light came on, stabilitrak turned off and it said “oil pressure low, stop engine”. After stopping it wouldn’t start again.
Hooked up the scanner and got the following codes:
P0641-5 volt reference circuit 1
P0532-a/c low pressure sensor
P0621-generator L circuit
P0355-ignition coil 5 control
P0340-cam position sensor
P0230-fuel pump relay control
P0106-map sensor
Looking through the codes on alldata one of them stood out, the 5 volt reference circuit. I looked at the real time data on my Chinese tech 2 and circuit 1 was showing 2.3v. It also listed a majority of the sensors that correlated to the other codes as being powered by this circuit.
So I started unplugging the sensors one by one while looking at the voltage on the scanner. The last one and of course the hardest to get to was the oil pressure sensor. Unplugged it and the voltage popped up to 5v. Cleared the codes and it started right up. Drove it home with the sensor unplugged.
Ordered a new sensor on amazon and i’ll Update if it fixes the problem.
