Interior Panel Removal

Does anyone have any clue how to remove the long interior panel that runs from the rear hatch to the front door on a 96 2-dr? I have pulled the trim pieces off near the back hatch and now I am trying to figure out how to get the panel removed near the back seat and seat belt mounts.

Theres a few screws in it, the rest are just clips. pull/pry at the edges carefully and it should pop off.
