When does it do it?

Been doing it since the cold weather moved in. Most noticeable when you first cold start it. Seems to go away after a bit. Almost makes you think something is loose and rattling.

Do the noise change when you change your fan speed?

Nope. Or changing floor to defrost etc stays the same.

Sounds like something rattling against the firewall or something, but on the inside.

Got the same noise but it on happens around 40-55 mph. Started happening in the colder weather. If I hit a bump it will stop for a second. I plan on trying to track it down tomorrow.
