Hello everybody,

I found this forum while Googling on how to fix an issue with our Tahoe, and I'm glad I found it. Looking forward to posting here more often.

I do have an issue...

Last night, on the Tahoe, all of a sudden I am having trouble turning left when I'm idling or taking off from a stop. There also seems to be a squeaking sound happening when I turn left. I checked the power steering fluid and it was low, so I replaced it, but it didn't solve the issue. Does anybody have any experience with an issue like this?

Make sure your serpentine belt and belt tensioner are in good shape. It sounds like the power steering pump pulley is possibly slipping on the belt - either that, or your PS pump is on its last legs.
