The other ones appeared to be demolished. They're probably made to collapse on impact.

I'm just really antsy now. I'm happy that I'm not paying for this, but I want to get the ball rolling. The adjuster will be at my house on Monday morning. Since my deductible is $1000, they can cut me a check for anything over the $1000 for repairs (if it will even be that much). Once they establish with the Police that I wasn't at fault, they'll hand over the remaining funds for the repairs.

upon further review, looks like the drivers headlight assembly will need to be replaced.

You shouldn't have to pay anything since your insurance company has another insurance company to file a claim against. I think.. that's my understanding on it anyway.

Where in Michigan are you from?
