Any chance those are free around the web? I have access to Chilton's manuals but they aren't really written with the Tech2 in mind.On the GMT900s the remotes and tire pressure sensors are handled through the RCDLR module, the driver's door.
It saves a lot of time to have the shop manuals in pdf form. This way you can search and find out where stuff is.
Can somebody with a late-model GMT800 check 2 things for me?
#1 With driver memory, do the remotes recall driver memory settings? IE, we previously had a Buick Enclave, unlocking the car with remote #1 automatically adjusts the mirrors, seat, steering wheel, radio presets, etc for driver #1, doing so with remote #2 adjusts those things for driver #2. Does the GMT800 not do that? I just reprogrammed our 2 keyless remotes, using the Tech2 through the PDM and it still won't recall driver memory settings.
#2 At idle my throttle position sensor shows 14-18%. I thought this was just not calibrated properly but after looking at detailed data with the Tech2 I'm not so sure... I have the electronic butterfly if that makes a difference.
