Is it possible to put Yukon front on an Avalanche?

Just a crazy idea. If I want to convert an 2006 Avalanche to look like Yukon from the front. ie, putting Yukon's hood, front fenders, grill, lights, and bumper on an Avalanche. Possible?

How interchangeable are the body panels?

as you see its been done but to do it right the radiator core support has to be changed as well or nothing will fit. did it to my 1974 c10 chevy when i swapped out the nose for a 1991 sub nose.
