I can bet you there are lots of threads here about that exact same problem. It is very very common.[/QUOTE
Will I be ok to drive it for a few days until we can fix it or should I stop driving immediately?

Youre good.... unless you’re leaving a puddle on your driveway you’re fine.
I'll probably drive 10 miles until I can get it fixed. I just don't know how long it's been leaking

I had a front diff leak at the pinion seal. The diff tube had fallen down underneath causing pressure when warm. Put it back in correct place, drain and filled, stopped leaking. Then it happened again somehow got pinched behind the steering gear. moved it a tiny bit, stopped leaking again. So I would check that. And top it off. Maybe just change it. Easier than changing the oil. Don't even need to jack it up. Might help if the gear oil has sheared.

I took it in to meineke and they said it's an axle leak. 193$ for them to fix. I have no tools

Probably $13 for the seal and $180 labor. Do you not have a mechanically inclined friend that can help do it. Plenty of you tube videos to show how.

Yeah, its the front diff housing leaking at the axle I assume. Why I mentioned the fluid, checking on the vent. Making sure its not kinked, creating pressure on the seals. Check all that before spending $$$ thats a cheap quote btw.
