Is my Burb a 1 of 4 car?

Have been playing with the www.compnine.com VIN decoder (useful tool BTW) and ran my Denali and my Burb.

From what I can tell my 07 Burb LTZ is a 1 of 4 production for 07, from 124,324 1/2 ton Suburbans built that year.

RPO VC7 & CW6 export spec vehicle for GUAM! total 4

RPO B3V TEST EXTENDED WATER EXTENDED WATER TEST(B3V) is also rare with 136 vehicles.

My car never made it to Guam. It was exported and sold new in the United Kingdom in 2007 by Bauer Millett, the UK's only official GM US dealer at the time.

Sounds like a State Dept vehicle and the intended recipient got a promotion from GU to the UK during the assembly process.
