Is the trailer brake controller on the dash for Denali but on the tree for SLT? Why?

And do all Denali's have the HD trailering package even though they aren't coded RPO code K5L??

Deciding on buying either a K5L-equipped SLT2 or Denali...

Thanks.

Standard on Denali, optional on SLE and SLT. If you look through the standard features under mechanical the Denali shows the 3.42 gears with the integrated brake controller and transmission cooler as standard

Trailer brake isn't standard on Denalis. My 10 didn't have it but my 13 does. Trailer hitch is a different story.

AFAIK I think the wires are there for the trailer brake (it was for my Rainier) but the switch is not there... You have to get an aftermarket switch and hook it up...
