Issues with Mobile Service +

I have a 2025 tahoe high country coming up on its first oil change and i have the mobile service + option on my
vehicle. Im right in the middle of
silicon valley and get this, no dealership in the SF bay area has mobile service +
available for doing an oil change. For those of you considering this option, while in theory it sounds good, the infrastructure is not in place so you may want to reconsider this option.

Does the dealership you purchased the vehicle from (and the mobile service +) have mobile service? Did you buy the vehicle from afar?

I’m not sure how the mobile service would complete your first oil change service, tire rotation and multipoint inspection? Would you expect them to raise the vehicle at your site to complete the service?

I bought the vehicle in southern California as i got it below msrp. The way mobile service + is stated is as follows, so yes id expect them to be able to:

Chevrolet’s Mobile Service Plus is currently available in California and is expected to expand to additional states by 2025.

I'd call GM and complain...either the dealer should not have been selling it, GM shouldn't have, or you deserve a refund.
