wats up guys im so confused yesterday i got a new exhaust happy about that a dual in dual out cherry bomb elite sounds nice not that loud cuz of how young my daughter is dont wanna hurt her ears but i thought that was going to fix the rattling noise comming from under the truck when i hit the gas it is so annoying if anyone can help me out please do ive heard from people to look into new cats thanks

It is usually the heat shield on the converter which can be tack welded to shut up. if it comes from within the cat the you must replace it.

is there a way i can tell if its in the cats because i ripped the heat shields off the cats a while ago would the cats give off a rattle like that if its bad?

did you use the original tailpipe for the passenger side? I had the same problem with a heat shield by the gas tank, used an exhaust clamp since the tack weld kept failing and its such a tight fit for the welder

lightly smack cats with rubber mallet all around to see if internal substrate is loose. You really should put some heat shielding at least on top of them.
