Now in my searching JL4 is stabletrack G80 is positraction and GT5 is 4:10 gears . Now when searching this was only one found in the 2006 I bought.
I noticed some years did not include positraction with stabletrack .. but 2006 did was there something different with the transfer case or does stabletrack just not kick in untill out side 20 mpg positraction unlock. Any input be great. I do know in 2006 they only made 1908 with GT5 out 34,587
Yukon XL/ Escalade ESV s made.

I was reading Denali don't have G80 they only have computer generated ( brake on and off style positraction) guys were whining it lags before it does brake on and off .

I already run mine in the mud in 2 wheel drive and it's 2 rearwheel spin mud slinger [emoji106]

Do all GMC trucks have G80 also . I think it all gets confusing between trucks or Tahoe Yukon. how I shopped was by RPO codes and there is alot Yukon XLs that have stabletrack and don't have G80..and 2000-2005 lot of 3:42 and 3:73 gears . It's hard to find a Yukon XL SLT plus ( option 2 ) in 2006 . And factory 4:10 is the needle in the hay stack GT5. [emoji15][emoji106]

No, they don't. Not 100% on the regular Yukon or XL, but if it's Denali it will be AWD with open diff. Yes, GT5 factory is pretty rare.

Are you saying you have RPO code JL4 in your 2006, and that was the only 2006 model that has it? Stabilitrak was standard in 2006.

My 05 has all of your boxes checked. Not sure of this is what you are looking for though, as this is just a normal 05 Tahoe.

I may trade on an 05 extended cab Silverado, which also has 4.10, but no JL4. It has a sunroof?!

That's only other one I seen that has same as my Yukon XL with 4:10 and jl4 and G80 . So stabletrack must not kick in till after 20 mph window . When the positraction would be unlocked. There more rare than you think. Run your Vin on that compnine and see .[emoji106]
