This is my very first post.. And seeing pictures of everyone's Yukons & Tahoes all customed out makes me very excited for what is in store for the great ride I just picked up.
My wife and I weren't really even interested in looking for vehicles, but we saw some things we liked at a dealer lot nearby our house last week. I got the salesman's card and as I was walking away, he asked me if I would be interested in something a little bit older but that had insanely low mileage, a 2004 GMC Yukon w/ 17,800 original miles. I stopped and turned around and told him i didn't believe him. He showed it to me, my wife and I took it for a test drive, i drove it straight to my good friend/mechanic who said it was absolutely legit. Long story short, this badboy is now mine, $18,000 later, haha. VERY happy...
I am very glad I found this forum. Here is a pic of the Yukon now, it is a dark gunmetal color. I can't wait to add some updated pics after I make some changes. I certainly need to replace the stock wheels. I'd like to level it up in the front, maybe put a slight liftkit, if not just a level kit on it, we'll see.
Anyway, glad to be a member
