Just taking a look under the front end a moment ago and noticed im missing a rod that connects my lower a-arm and a bar that connects to the other side. I don't know a ton about IFS. Can someone ID the missing part please?

Here is the intact side:

May want to find longer adjustable ones, with your front end stretched as far as it is they will more than likely continue to break.

Sadly I don't know of any but I also have never looked for them  I know they make them for lowered vehicles and sure they also do for lifted applications. The other choice would be make a small spacer to move the sway bar down a bit.

Am I damaging anything by driving without 1?

no, damage, just will corner like pooooo

since you off road and are now busting endlinks, look to the quick disconnect type.
Disconnecting sway bar really helps offroading.
