i'm hoping to get a Cherry Bomb muffler on mine. however i don't know if they make a muf with dual in/dual out. the only one on JCWhitney is i think dual in/centered out. unfortunately it doesn't have a description, so it could be the other way around. that's the only reason why i'm hesitant on buying it....

Well, I got it run. Sounds great. I only have $125 tied up in my whole exhaust system. True Duals with two aftermarket cats and two Flowmaster 40 series dumped.
$50 for all the exhaust stuff and found a place that did all the labor for $75.
Best $125 I have EVER spent.

Gonna put my flip kit on this week. I will try and get some pics of the exhaust while I'm under there.

Congrats I spent $465 for new super 44 flowmaster duals coming out to the side with chrome tips behind the wheel. I expected better louder sound. To make things worse I put an incenerator muffler on wifes 04 1500 with a 4.8 eng and it sounds just as good as mine. Only cost me $100 with a chrome tip. Highly recommend these mufflers.

My flowmasters are pretty loud, but I think alot of it has to do with it being dumped underneath right at the axle.

My flowmasters are loud. They have the deep, bassy sound that shakes the house. Cherry bombs are raspier, sound more brassy. Mine run true dual out to chrome tips behind the rear wheels.

i cut my cats off ran all new pipe 2.5 to muffler then 40 seris flows to my 4 inch stainless steel eco tips are 3 inch and it was free!! and its louder than **** lol gettin ready to straight pipe it
