My flowmasters are loud. They have the deep, bassy sound that shakes the house. Cherry bombs are raspier, sound more brassy. Mine run true dual out to chrome tips behind the rear wheels.

well i'm purely going by the sound sample at Cherry Bomb's site vs the samples of Flowmasters at Lou's Custom Exhaust website (since that's probably where i'd have the work done).
and Cherry Bomb sounded better, even though what i'm trying to go for is what your described the Flowmasters as.

For clarification, I'm running dual flowmasters. I've heard lots of cherry bombs though.

My fm is dumped at rear axle and it sounds good. But I don't want it sounding like a stock car.
