Nice job these are great for camping out with no kids at home mine is only a two seater now and we do a lot of overland camping with it.
I built mine out of 4x4 wire shelving and have a 5 inch memory foam mattress. They will fold up and you can fit a ton of gear underneath. I also lash a lot of gear like that red flare box to the underside of the shelf.
In the winter I made these 1 inch thick foam window covers and in the summer I have shades made from breathable cloth and I use the window shade like mentioned above to allow air in and keep bugs and rain out.
Warning if you lock your Tahoe with the keys... Do not open the doors without deactivating the alarm... lol Yea we woke up the camp ground at 2:00 am when nature called my wife... It took at least a minute to find the keys to shut it off... lol
