Yeah, you can peel those side panels off, that's what I'm doing. And 24's will fit in there nicely, but you will have the rubbing issue as well unless you do some adjusting. I've got an 01 Yukon and I just bought 24's this past week. It looks like a wagon now, so it needs to be dropped a bit. I'm getting the DJM drop kit and doing the free travel mod to make the ride smoother. But for starters, I'd take teh panels off and look around your local salvage yards for some Denali front and rear ends.

HOw can you peel of the panels? on my car theres a wide black strip of molding and then a chrome strip that goes on top of that? its only peeling off and then there will be no holes?

It's all adhesive no holes most use blow driers but if you know someone with a heat gun that'll work well to as well as the temp is adjustable then you heat it and pry it off with a higher lbs test fishing string !!!

To answer the op id do a 2/3 drop lifting only looks good with obs and nnbs models !!! Good luck!!

Right! LIke 01tahoenjn said, a heat gun would be best, but a hair dryer and a bit of elbow grease will work. Also, it might be smart to do it during the summer months (if you can stand to wait). That way the heat from the sun will help melt the adhesive as well. Take the fishing string and drag it behind the black molding, along the metal doors. It will cut right through the adhesive and help you pull it off. Then a bit of Goo Gone to clean it up when the molding is off.
Make sure to take some before and after pics!!! GL!

Like big lew said try to wait till spring summer I was battling it out last week debadging my rear with the hottest blow drier I have and 40lb test line and although I got it off since its under 45* the blow drier can't properly heat the adhesive!!! 3m wheel is a must IMO may hands hurt for days since I didn't have it

3m wheel is basically a eraser that attaches to the end of a drill and removes the left over residue/adhesive after removing your trim. IMO = in my opinion
