I think most cops were the ones who got made fun and picked on everyday in school and now that they have a badge they think they own the world.

So true ***** ass cops. I don't see the need of issuing equipment tickets. It's your truck and you should be able to tint the ***** out any way u feel. He would of had to tow my shit becuase there is no way I would of removed my shit. I guess I'm just that stubborn.

And b4 u put the tint back on take a pic of the truck without them just in case u need to go to court in the future. Since you removed them on the spot then the ******* cop should of never wrote the ticket.

Let me guess this cop was about 5'5 w/ the typical Napoleon syndrome?? My windows are down to 12% and havn't had any problems up here in New England but I know people that have. I had a buddy get bagged in MA for 25%........ I've asked cops before and they all say they'll only pull over "Suspicious" vehicles for tints and I looked at the guy and said let me guess.......big ass rims and loud exhausts.... F@#k racial profiling, can you sue for vehicle profiling? haa

Wow. some cops are so stupid. I don't think there is a law saying they can make you remove the tint on the spot is there?

Me too! I usually get a fix-it ticket every 6 months for tint. This time I only made it 1 month. Last time the cop told me I had 1 hour (which I didn't do) to remove the tint or he would impound my Yukon. I'm Amazed police officers have nothing better to do than write fix-it tickets :fca5278d:

fix it tickets produce revenue, thats the only way I can see it being a "good" idea

I mean just take my hoe for example..
parked in the street at night, cop rolls down my street at 3 in the morning on Black Friday, sees my windows dark as ****, writes the ticket and sends it in the mail saying there was a complaint?!

he also said I had windshield tint, which I didn't at the time, but they are not expecting me to fight it

Revenue, $20? I would think it cost that just to process the ticket

Yeah it sounds like a case of what me and my dad have come to call "Short-Man Complex". Had a cop like that down here in Escondito who gave me all sorts of lectures/threatened to tow my car/ and gave me a sobriety test/ than claimed I must of stolen my car due to me being 19 there was no way I could afford to own my Tahoe all because I was simply debating him. Just something we have to live with I guess..:chair:
