I had to leave. I waited two hours and the police didn't show. In my way back to Louisiana now. I have two kids that have to unsafely share a seat. I have captain chairs for the second row

Let him know you're interested in the seats because yours just doesn't/didn't have them. Don't tell him yours were stolen. Be friendly and try to connect on FB so you can stalk and try to find mutual connections for more positive ID'ing. Plan to meet on a day that he would be at home. You can get an idea of what he has going on by you having "schedule conflicts" to prompt him to divulge some details of his schedule as y'all try to coordinate. Chances are that he will not want you to meet at his house. You want him to be leaving his house to meet you and you're hoping he'd head back home afterward because he's likely to wanna meet conveniently close to his place- maybe a corner store he frequents. Bring a friend and meet up in a different vehicle than your Escalade. Preferably in a common, non-custom vehicle that blends in. You and your friend case this mofo- Take note of his vehicle, license plate, tattoos, wedding band... anything you can do to ID him. Either buy them back or don't ("No, thanks. They're not the color I need for mine", etc.). Take your time loading them, BS with your friend and you both appear casual and distracted elsewhere as the seller drives away, but don't lose sight. Trail him from a comfortable distance and try to pin down where he lives.

Don't pass by his house- too risky. Once you get all the info you can, come back here and PM @Galante and he can have one of his cronies whack the dirtbag.

Problem solved and you may end up with a garage full of stolen seats or other property that can be returned to their rightful owners.

Wow, those are yours?

Man, the listing even says "trying to sell ASAP", that's pretty much a giveaway that they're probably stolen.

Do you have any way you could prove they're yours?
Did you previously call the cops and file a police report after you noticed they were stolen?
Yes they are mine. I text him through another number and he says hes in mesquite. That's where i was staying. I have a second set at my house. The original black seats. That's what he probably thought he got lol. Ill he putting a lock on this set and set up the factory vibrate sensor while im at it and set to high sensitivity. I still dont understand why my factory alarm didnt go off when the glass was opened. Is it not programmed to go off when the glass portion is opened?

If i had time i i wouldve gone through with it. Just hate my kids are with me. I always stayed in Arlington in the suburban area when i i come to texas but i was so tired having a long day with the kids. We went everywhere yesterday and i i didnt have the energy to make it back to arlington. Whats so bad about it, the apartment i was staying in was directly in front of my yukon. Like maybe ten feet away. I didnt hear a thing. I had money , samsung tablets and alot of other tools like battery boost boxes and they only took the seats. They did it very quickly.

I may weld something right under the glass to prevent someone from opening it from the outside again.

He probably didn't enter the vehicle or notice any of your other items inside. He just reached in through the back glass and pulled the lever to flip it down then grabbed the handle to pull it out. Is yours a SWB or LWB?

The nbs (99-06) third row seats are a bit harder to get out by just reaching in through the window. They have to be tumbled forward before being released.
