Just ordered primed esky bumper-- best place to get step pad/chrome trim?

Hey guys,

I finally found a good deal on a primed esky bumper. Now I need to get the step pad and the chrome trim. I went to my body shop/paint guy and he said it'll cost 90 for chrome trim and 180 for the step pad!!! I found a new primed esky bumper on eBay for 100 plus 70 shipping so i'm not about to spend more on the chrome trim/step pad then the actual bumper cover itself. If anyone knows where I can get these part's please post supplemental info. Thanks. And here's a pic of what I need for those of you who don't know what I talking about. I found this pic of SuperChargedSS's ride (hope you don't mind!) since he just got this put on his truck too.

Are there any yards close to you that specialize in the newer rides? I'd bet there are some wrecked Esky's (front end damage) where you could get these things relatively cheap.

probably not. escalades are hard to total because of the value.

There is one where i live in Lafayette, LA and there are definitely NO wrecked esky's/denali's there.. i checked haha... I just saw a guy that had a CL ad up for it after I posted this and he wanted 75obo + 25 ship. We agreed on $80 shipped

This beats the 280 my paint guy quoted me.. that's WITH his discount! I wouldn't even want to know what the stealership would charge for these two parts.. it might make me throw up. So to add it all up I spent 100 + 70 ship on the bumper so that's 170 plus this 80. 250 + paint will be 150-200. 400-450 ain't half bad (no pun intended) after hearing SuperChargedSS spend over $1000+ on this mod!

I'm tapped out of my 'misc car part's budget' for the month after the sideview mirrors and the bumper/step pad/chrome trim... this is in the to do list though
