Hello all,
I purchased my first American SUV ever.. I am actually impressed with the Tahoe I purchased. Seats are very comfortable and decent acceleration. I was wondering if the dealer gave me a decent deal.. I purchased a 2013 Tahoe with 29000 miles, the options came with:
LT package, Leather, Navigation, Sunroof, captain chairs on 2nd row, DVD w/two headsets, 20 in chrome rims, fold in mirrors, heated front and 2nd row seats, tow and more..
After about 30 minutes of negotiating back and forth the final price was 33,500. Was this a decent price out the door?? thanks and I hope to enjoy this vehicle for a long time and I am sure this forum will help me in the long run..

Thanks.. Ive pretty much always had Nissan, Infiniti, Acura cars/suvs and I can say comparing all of them to the Tahoe I purchased is probably the most comfortable and easy on the eyes aesthetically.. Hopefully it's easy to work on and dependable.. What I can't believe though is new Tahoes are freaking expensive.

They are very easy to work on, and there are plenty of people here that can help you - myself included. The new ones DO cost an arm and a leg, but they are truly great vehicles.

There's lots of space under the hood, and you could basically rebuild the car at AutoZone...it'll be refreshing to order parts for $25 rather than $125!

Too expensive. I still want one, though! BTW, congratulations on your new purchase!

Seems like a pretty damn good price. I got my 2008 back in 2012 with 68k miles and it cost me about $28k. Sounds like the same package as yours, except mine doesn't have heated seats (bought it in July and totally forgot to even check for them), nav, or fold-in mirrors. I've got the leather, captain seats, 20" wheels, DVD, etc. Mine did come with an aftermarket exhaust system though. You can just barely see the dual pipes poking out behind the rear tire in my sig. HIGHLY recommend you upgrade your exhaust.

I bought my 2013 LT in March of this year. It was a rental that the dealer repurchased and I paid $36,000 for it. It had 26,000 miles and all of the other things yours had with the exception of folding mirrors, navigation, and remote control for the garage doors. It was considered a certified pre owned, so I got a 4 year or 50k mile bumper to bumper warranty. Since there is always a better deal, I'm comfortable with the deal I got and yours is a great deal as well,
