I done mine.

The key is going slow and "working" the leather into the contours.

Also, use Hogrings. Even if the current covers dont have them, hog rings allow you to stretch the leather even more to get all the wrinkles out.

Have them in mine, no complaints. Took some time for them to settle in but they look great. They had some wrinkles and loose spots but they eventually worked in with use. Had them almost a year and they are holding up well.
