I noticed this morning my engine was misbehaving more so than usual. I noticed that when it idles and maybe off idle?...the engine randomly shudders or misfires. Feels like someone cycled the key very quickly. Almost feel like the engine is about to stall. So I bought some Berryman cleaner and we will see if that helps. In the mean time I am open to suggestions as to the cause. If it come down to it and needs new injectors I am fine with that, just want to see if cleaning them helps at all. I guess if the cleaner helps even a little then at least I have the issue narrowed down. Just putting this on the forum for documenting this for others to follow if needed.

I had a rpm based missed that I chased for a year on my 94 blazer. Must of put 6 different fuel cleaners in it. One can of that stuff and miss gone in less than a day! I put that sh@# on everything now! Good luck

Well its a random event and the engine seems to have plenty of power at WOT. The transmission seems to not want to downshift at random times. I'll check the ECT and MAF sensors as well. Hope this isnt the blown intake gasket issue, I just replaced that a few years ago. Also, my cruise control stopped functioning. All related? Not sure. More to come..

It's been almost a week. Engine seems to run smoother over past few days...but today my engine idle feels rough again. I bought 2 more cans and will run those with only a few gallons added to an empty tank. Will report back.

Update:

Hello everyone. It's been a few days and the truck is running nice. I have been driving every day in the city for a week and noticed the engine has much smoother acceleration. The previous idle shakiness rough idle is mostly eliminated. City/hwy mileage seemed best today and hovered around 16/22.

I decided not to run another bottle of B-60 and opted for a bottle of B-12 injector cleaner instead. Overall I would say the Berryman stuff works.
