larger size rear DVD? 04 suburban

I bought a used burban that im fixing up. Does anyone know how big of a rear DVD screen will fit in the rear with out being obnoxious lol

Also is there a way to maybe tap into the existing DVD player power and video output, so that all I'd need to replace is the screen?.

I don't need the audio, as my kids use the ir headphones as is
