Larger tires on 2025 AT4 Ultimate

I have a 2024 Yukon Denali w/ Mangaride. I want to upgrade the tire to the stock 22s on the truck. I am leaning towards the Toyo Open Country A/T III 305/45r22 tire. Still debating on the 2.5 inch leveling kit Rough Country sells, but I don’t want to mess up the ride. I hear that can be the case when you alter the suspension. However, it’s not like I getting crazy with the lift height. I see people doing it all the time with the leveling kits and either going with an aftermarket 22 or 24 inch rim. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

You can run that tire in stock form with no rubbing. My ex is on her second set on her ‘21 high country. Great overall tire.

Thank you for responding. I’m sold on that tire. Any advice on putting a 2.5 inch leveling kit on the truck? Will it change the ride up with also adding those 305/45r22 Toyo’s?

To be honest, those tires fit just fine in the wheel wells in stock form. I did add a 1” leveling kit to the front (after tires were installed) just to get the rig more level. That being said, they dont come with much of a rake anymore with the current gen (nothing like the prior ones), so imo if your gonna add 2+ inches in the front you absolutely have to add more to the back. Unless you like that saggin ass look. Unless you are looking for more height, just put the tires on there and see how you like it.

Ty for the advice! It is much appreciated. I am glad to get some honest and logical advice on this topic. I definitely don’t want that sagging look in the back! I will see how the tires look and go from there. There’s a guy I spoke with today that suggested 1.5” to level it out with the back. He wanted 600 for parts and labor and then I still have to take it to get an alignment done. I will go Tires first to see what it looks like. I will post some pix after it’s done.

I snagged a cheap “1.5” spacer lift off the internet and installed it myself. I actually think i did a small post/writeup on here about it. If memory serves me right it only lifted the front about an inch, maybe an inch and a quarter…which was fine by me, as there really isnt much rake in the new models.

Heres what i used….

MZS 1.5” level kit on ‘22 tahoe high country

Just installed a 1.5” leveling spacer (lower strut style) from MZS. This is on a high country with no air suspension. Honestly not sure if these have mrc suspension or not, but i have been told they do. I could not find any sensor arms like on the last denali she had which needed a small spacer...
