Water problems can be such a pain!! Struggled with similar issue water on front floor. Not always on same side. Depending on which way truck was parked, sometimes drivers side, sometimes passenger side. After hours of trial & error, including caulking around windshield, finally had windshield replaced. Guy said the sealant had let go, water was getting in & running whichever way gravity took it behind the dash. Had same problem with rear side window, $50 to remove & replace and all dry.
