Leak?????

Sometimes I walk out to large puddles of water under the edge of my Tahoe...its from the drains in the doors being clogged and suddenly becoming unclogged with a violent door shutting. Idk if GMT400's have drains in the doors, but I assume they would.

They have door drains, but they don't drain mud very well. Lol

Haha by violent I meant just harder than normal. Seeing as how my Tahoe sits a lot and the rear doors are used even less, its not uncommon for me to open one of the rear doors and when I shut it I hear the water rushing out, splashes on my feet sometimes ha

hmm i will have to look at that... another note i do have the heater on during the winter time running while its on so that could be it. But ever since winter had i have not really had a chance to drive it. damn motor. lol

It could be your coolant reservoir overflowing a bit. My radiator was cracked along the driver side and would never see a puddle under my truck in that area because it would only leak out when the system was pressurized (and very hot) and evaporate almost immediately. But as soon as I was parked, I could hear the system pushing fluid into the reservoir. A few trips and I would have to refill the radiator.

When I changed out my spider injectors, I went ahead and changed the radiator too. All parts from Amazon and now am leak free.
