Ah, mine is leaking too. I have been procrastinating about taking the thing out and patching with silicone. My rear washer has never worked, so that may be the root of the issue. I am definitely sick of seeing that damned message. After I change my trans filter, I may look into that.

It would be nice to come out to my ride and not see a little puddle under my Yukon.

i happened to look at mine yesterday... mine leaks like a stuck pig as well.... the motor housings for both my pumps have become brittle and severely cracked.... but u will have 3 plugs... 2 for ur pumps and one plug for the fluid level.... since i have to wait on the pumps i just unplugged the level sensor so i didnt have to worry about the low level light coming on... its the plug closest to the wheel on the drivers side....

The lines for some reason are plastic and some battery corosion ate through both lines. Its a pain to fix. I just bought about 2 feet of rubber tubing and replaced all the line that ran near the battery.

I replaced my rear washer pump last weekend because my tank couldn't hold any washer fluid worth a damn. I decided not to replace the front pump and put everything back together. The next morning I woke up to find a small puddle under the truck from washer fluid; Damn, I guess I should have replaced both pumps. This past weekend I took the resevoir back out of the truck and replaced the front washer pump. No more leak now.

Just an fyi, its not that bad to get the tank out of the truck. The battery must be removed along with the battery tray (to make things easier). There is a bolt in the battery tray that holds the tray to the tank. There is also a bolt near the neck of the tank. Two plastic rivets must be removed from the fender well that are attached to the side of the tank. Then there is a another bolt on the engine side of the tank that is access from underneath the truck. All the bolts are 10mm.
