Lean and rich codes + brake control and transfer case modules

I recently installed an AFM delete kit after the cam was damaged from a faulty lifter (same old, same old). Pulled the heads, replaced the cam, etc. Had the truck tuned after installing a Texas Speed camshaft. At first, was getting rich codes for both banks + Stabilitrak and traction control lights. After taking readings from a buddy;\'s scanner, found the MAF was not doing it's job. I relaced that and the connector (AC Delco) and the truck ran perfectly for a few weeks. Now, I am getting both rich and lean codes on both banks, Stabilitrak and traction control lights. The Stabilitrak and traction control lights only come on when decelerating to a stop. After a hard shift into 2nd, the lights go off and the truck runs normally. Hooked up a scanner again and found codes for lost communication to the transfer case (U0100-00) and electronic brake control module (C0561-71). Looking for help on this. Thanks for reading.
