Mink oil is good for leather.

Baseball glove oil works wonders on shoes but may make the leather too soft for sitting on.

I have used Zaino and now using Adams. I'm not set on any certain brand at this point.

I highly recommend using LEXOL leather conditioner preservative. It comes in a brown 16oz spray bottle. Softens leather, prevents cracking using tanning oils. It is made by Summit Industries Inc in Georgia. Phone 1-800-241-6996. To clean the leather first, they make a cleaner soap spray that is used with a damp sponge. Follow up with the conditioner using a clean cloth, then wait and buff to a smooth sheen.

If you have trouble finding it, another excellent product is from the Scandinavian furniture company STRESSLESS.

I use the leather cleaner from Chemical Guys followed by their leather conditioner. Gives it a nice soft feel without it being slippery. Plus the conditioner smells fantastic. New leather scent. I used the Lexol stuff over the summer when I was out of my Chemical guys stuff, and hated the texture of the conditioner. It was gummy and odd. Plus it smelled horrible. My seats felt somewhat dry after using the lexol stuff.
