Leather Seat Cover Replacement

I'm new to the forum and have a question about my '05 LT Tahoe front heated driver seat cover.
It's ripped and needs to be replaced but no auto body shop seems to know where to get a replacement cover. They tell me that since it's a heated seat I have to buy the entire bottom unit. Is this true? And if not, where can I order an OEM Tan Leather Seat Bottom Cover for my '05 LT?

I went to ebay and typed in " tahoe seat cover" and ran into 20 pages worth of them for sale.
