Led conversion issue

I have replaced all my exterior lights with leds on my 01 Tahoe and they all work except my turn signals when the headlights are on. No hyper flashing. They just only work when headlights are off. I disconnected the headlights but it didn't help. Any similar experiences/thoughts

Can you try flipping the wires?
