LED flasher

I have LED tails on my 95 Tahoe, would like to upgrade the bulbs in the front turn signals but I think I need to upgrade the flasher? Does anyone know what one I need? Looked around didn't find much

bottom of page about. you will need to replace both of them in yours. later years used a combined unit. yours has two separate one.

Thanks, I replaced the turn signal flasher once was up in the dash, where is the hazard one located?

the hazard on should be on the convenience center power block. bottom right hand corner on the block.

Just want to verify that it is required to in fact change both hazard and turn flashers. Reason I ask is that my previous GM's only required a turn signal flasher. I believe it was due to the hazard circuit not being resistance dependent.

Pretty sure the Vortec ones only need one and its the TBI trucks that need two without the hazard one they wouldnt work when u pushed the hazard button

I get that but in my current Trans Am and my old 95 for example I installed LEDs and just changed the turn signal flasher. Obviously different vehicle but GM has a habit of doing things as few a times as possible. The Vortec ones do only need one.

the hazard flasher on the trans am maybe already solid state type. another note that even if leds the hazard flasher is seeing twice the load so it may think it is is a standard turn with working regular bulbs and functions normally. put the leds in and find out. change it if needed.
