The bad part is you can't clean it easily. That was my plan till I saw it mounted at the bottom of the valance. Here is my grille.

Right......... DAMMIT, well then maybe I will pull out the old billet insert and do something custom. Now I am thinking cut out the gmc area 20" long and that height is 3.25" and the double row is 3.22" slid that sucker right in there? what you guys think, go for it?

Light it up. Don't pull the billett yet. If the light bar is too dim behind the billett, spring for a new grill. I really like the black mesh grills they make for Yukon's. Go for a 30" double array. I run a 20" behind a stock tahoe grill on my Tahoe and I wish I went for a 30" double array

Not a bad plan. Would be like one of the newer style grilles they make for silverados.

That isn't what I meant, ill cut out the centre area of the billet grille were the gmc logo is and widen it for the led bar to lay flat with the billet grille and paint the grille black, its been sitting in my shop since i bought the yukon so I dont feel bad chopping it up.

I will Update ASAP

And I got all my lights installed over the weekend. Went to go drive around and test them out last night, only to have the truck not start... I've been dealing with it not starting intermittently forever, and I'm going to try to replace the crank position sensor this afternoon to see if that's the problem.

When I get that sorted out, I need to clean up my wiring and paint my brackets and it'll be all done.
