:mad3:So, I decided to test out some LED lighting on the step/courtesy lights on the mirrors.
I got some LED lights but they don't stay in the socket. As soon as I get the lights to turn on and put them back in the mirror, they come lose and are not hitting the contacts.
Any ideas? suggestions? I'm ready to put the original bulbs back in and call it a day but I know someone out there might know or at least have a suggestion as to how to keep them in place.

I haven't messed with my puddle lights but I thought someone said that you can actually squeeze the contacts closer together to hold slightly smaller bulbs in the holders better!

Dan, post some pics, it might give a better idea of what you're talking about. But what about something like shoe goo or hot glue.
