Those resistors get hot enough to melt plastic.

Here's what mine looked like from the factory in the rear. And the little resistor dealy i bought off eBay.

Don’t mount that resistor to the plastic like that, it will melt it.

thanks for pointing that out. I just lay it there to take the picture. I am not mounting the tail lights or my smoked out head lights till I get my yukon painted next month

the sides and lift gate paint looks still factory fresh but the hood and roof , need a do over lol

You wash and wax it a lot? I've seen a lot of these 00-06 GM full size Suvs with peeling coat problems on the roofs and hoods in ads when I was looking for one,it makes me wonder if GM use cheap clear coat , lol I think GM should repaint my Yukon for Free LOL
