LED tails...getting them all to light up

I read someone has done this. getting the whole LED taillight to light up instead of 2 sections. anyone know how?

That would be kind cool.... especially if you could control is vertically or horizontally...

I'm sure it isnt hard,
1)Unhook all
2)Rewire what Leds are controlled
3)Hook back up

I have ANZO , and all of mine are lit all the times and then just once section is lit brighter when brakes are applied
