LED Ugrade power running boards

Thinking about upgrading the LED strips on my powered running boards. Has anyone broken down a set of these to remove / upgrade the LED strip? Anyone have a technical or assembly drawing that show how they are put together?

Looks awesome! But I was looking at breaking down the board removing the OEM LED strips inside the powered running boards and putting in better ones back in their space.
