The wheels I am looking at are 20x10 and -18 offset, so my understanding is, this sets them out farther, so it should help even more, correct? If that's the case, I think the 295s should be pretty nice.

-18 offset will stick out farther and require some trimming so you don't rub while turning.. u could prly get away with a 275/55/20 tires on a -18offset wheel with no rub.

I have aftermarket 20s, running 285/50R20 Toyos and no mods whatsoever. I think my wheels are probably 20x9, but I couldn't say for sure. The chrome is shot on my wheels, so I am about to buy new ones, probably Fuel Assaults, 20x10 was my thought, but maybe I should do 20x9? I don't know any way to tell. I don't want to trim anything, don't want to have to get suspension mods. Just want nice looking wheels and tires.

Here are the wheels I am looking at:

I just don't know if I should go with the 10" or 9". Any suggestions?
its not going to be much of a differnece, so just to be safe id get the same size as the ones on it now. but you could ask your tire shop

From what I'm hearing from the shops I've been to, because in the 10" width all of these wheels are a -18 offset, I won't be able to run a 10". They've told me even with a massive suspension lift, I'd be required to do a lot of trimming to fit a 10" wheel unless it had a positive offset or at the minimum, at least a neutral offset.

I found these Fuel Assaults in stock in a 17" in one of the shops I went to, and I did not like them nearly as much in person as I thought I would. In addition, one of the workers showed me a picture of his wife's black Durango with those wheels (because I have a black Tahoe), and I did not really care for it.

So, I'm shopping again - currently leaning towards the Helo 904 in a 20x9. They can be had considerably cheaper, as well, so that's a plus. Here they are:

Yea shops tell me stuff all the time and are wrong. Like I said I have 26x10 with 20offset and 305/30/26 which is a 33.5x12 roughly and I'm lowered acouple inches and I have no rub... a 20x10 with -25 offset should fit with a 275/55/20

Offset of 20... meaning +20? Or -20? This appears to be the sticking point. They told me a 22 would work if it weren't a negative offset.

The more I look into this, the more I think I want to go with 22s, no matter what. I think I should just save up and do what needs to be done to manage it. Prolly could still get it done this month, I just need to wait until the 15th. Might actually sell one of my ARs to fund the project, I've got too damn many to shoot regularly anyways. lol

I have +20offset but my tires are 33x12 if u got 20s with -20offset and got 275/55/20 that's a 31.8-32" tall depends on the tire and 10.5 wide... should clear fine...

If u go 22x10 -25offset roughly is what a lot of wheels come in these tires should clear fine and look DOPE as ****
