My wife and I just purchased a 2007 Z71 Tahoe and it looks like the tires fill the wheel well a little too much.

I noticed when she turned and was hitting the breaks (turning into a parking spot or driveway) the tire would rub. Well I was just informed she noticed chunks of rubber have been taken out of the front tires. I haven't seen it because I'm on a ship right now, but I want to level it out.

Are there any kits that are better then the others? Bilstein adjustable struts were recommend, how are they? Thanks for the help.

Get a level kit and put under 5100 set at lowest height. That way it won't preload the spring extra. Then you will clear rub

Yup all the same. Some are plastic while others are aluminum or steel. Get a lower spacer as it's easier to install
